Welcome to Farmstead Microschool Enrichment ("Farmstead", "we", "us", or "our"), a division of Kiddy Up Ranch Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, programs, and services. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Parents or legal guardians enrolling minors in our programs accept these Terms on behalf of their children.

3. Description of Services

Farmstead provides Christian agriculture-based microschool enrichment programs including:

• Day School Program (3rd Grade and up)
• Sprouts Program (VPK through 3rd Grade)
• Toddler Time (Early childhood)
• Farmstead Living Series
• Summer Camps
• Field Trips

4. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in our programs is subject to availability and acceptance. Payment terms are as follows:

• Tuition and fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment
• We accept various payment methods including scholarship programs (Step Up UA, PEP)
• Refund policies vary by program and are outlined in enrollment agreements
• Non-payment may result in suspension of services

5. Safety and Conduct

The safety of all participants is our priority. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from staff
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs
• Ensure appropriate attire for farm activities (closed-toe shoes, etc.)
• Supervise children as required by program guidelines
• Respect all animals, property, and other participants

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability

Participation in farm-based activities involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to hold harmless Kiddy Up Ranch Inc., Farmstead, their officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims arising from participation in our programs.

A liability waiver must be signed as part of the enrollment process.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Kiddy Up Ranch Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Photo and Media Release

We may photograph or video participants during programs for promotional purposes. A separate media release form is provided during enrollment. You may opt out of media use at any time by contacting us.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
