Our Mission

Microschool Enrichment

At Farmstead Microschool Enrichment, we believe that children are not only students of books, but stewards of creation.

We are called to cultivate wisdom through the rhythms of the land – to shape minds and hearts through hands-on experience with agriculture, animal care, and nature's cycles.

Through the lens of stewardship, we integrate reading, writing, and mathematics into real and purposeful work. Whether journaling about the garden, calculating feed ratios, or reading aloud beneath the trees, every moment becomes an opportunity to connect knowledge to life.

This is a place where responsibility is not just taught, but lived. Where respect for life, land, and learning grows side by side. We believe in raising up children who are not only academically equipped, but deeply rooted – in faith, in purpose, and in their role as caretakers of the earth and each other.

What Makes Us Different

At Farmstead Microschool Enrichment, we don't just teach – we tend. Our approach is rooted in the belief that true education happens when head, heart and hands work together. Out here, learning is lived.

We take a holistic path where academics are woven into real, meaningful work. Children learn math by building garden beds, writing through storytelling and reflection, and science by caring for animals and watching the seasons change.

But more than knowledge, we're raising character. Students are guided to become problem-solvers, leaders, and thoughtful stewards learning to work hard, think critically, and delay gratification in the name of something greater than themselves.

From the rhythm of daily chores to the beauty of Cowboy Poetry and the healing power of music, our days are filled with opportunities to grow – in skill, in spirit, and in service to others.

This isn't just school – it's a way of life. One where community matters, kindness is cultivated, and every child is seen not just for who they are, but who they're becoming.
