Growing Future Generations
Our mission is to nurture children through hands-on farm education, character development, and a love for God's creation
Our Story
Farmstead at Kiddy Up Ranch began with a simple belief: children and teens grow best when their hands are busy, their minds are engaged, and they experience the beauty of God's creation firsthand.
Our approach blends the principles of the Charlotte Mason Method with the spirit of the Reggio Emilia Approach. Children encounter living ideas through rich stories, observation, and narration while the environment itself becomes a teacher. From the garden to the barns, pastures, and woods, every corner of the ranch invites exploration, inquiry, and reflection.
Hands-on learning is at the heart of everything we do. Younger students develop foundational skills through planting seeds, tending crops, and caring for animals. Older students build on these experiences, applying knowledge to solve real-world challenges: mending a fence, applying for a grant, showing an animal in competition, or even creating and managing their own small agriculture-related business. Teens develop leadership, independence, and confidence as they see how their skills and ideas make a tangible difference.
Serving children and teens from ages 2 through 18, Farmstead provides programs that are joyful, purposeful, and transformative. Students grow into thinkers, doers, and problem solvers who are ready for life beyond the classroom while rooted in faith, stewardship, and respect for God's creation.
What began as a small vision to share the wonder of agriculture has grown into a vibrant learning community in the Pasco County area. From our Micro School to summer camps, toddler nature programs, and teen workshops, every experience equips students with the skills, character, and confidence to thrive in school, work, and life.

Hands-on learning, rooted in faith and farm life.
Our Mission
To cultivate hearts and minds through Christ-centered, agriculture-rooted learning that forms the whole child. Through the rhythm of the land and the work of their hands, students grow in wisdom, responsibility, and strength of character. As they care for creation and labor alongside one another, they discover their purpose, deepen their faith, and develop a lifelong respect for the land, for community, and for the work God has set before them.

We believe children learn best by doing. Our students plant seeds, care for animals, and experience the full cycle of farm life.
